Shipping & Order Information

Can I send my order as a gift?

Absolutely! Any of our items make a fantastic gift on their own, but we do not currently include gift notes in orders. Please note: all shipments include Ruth's return address on the exterior shipping package. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you'll receive an email or text with tracking information. If for some reason you do not get that message you can also find this information on your customer account page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped within 3 days. We usually get them out within 1 business day but sometimes it takes an extra day or two when we run sales or around holidays.

Once your order ships it will take 1-3 days to arrive to you depending on how far from Michigan you are.

Which carrier does Ruth's use?

We use UPS for all orders. By using UPS rather than USPS or FedEx orders generally arrive 1-2 days faster and less damage.

What do I do if I receive a wrong or damaged order?

Contact Customer Service from our contact page. Include your name and order number, as well as a description of the damage. If you could include a photo that would be great! If you have received an incorrect item, please note what item is missing from your order.

Where can I buy your products?

Our retail store is located at 335 Center St, Suite B South Haven, MI 49090. You can also order online!

Do you offer custom label products?

Yes! We generally require up to 3 weeks lead time for custom label orders. For more information, visit our Custom Soaps page.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, if you plan to order 50 or more of the same product contact us for bulk pricing.

Do you donate products?

We will occasionally donate gift sets, single products, or making experiences to non-profit organizations for silent auctions. Contact us to inquire. We make decisions on donations and sponsorships on a quarterly basis so it is best to ask early!

Can I buy directly from the Ruth's Warehouse?

We do not offer retail sales at our production facility. Please visit our retail store or our website to purchase our products in person.

I'm trying to find one of your fragrances but can't find it.

Some of our fragrances are seasonal, meaning they are only available during certain times of the year. Some of our fragrances have retired, meaning they are no longer currently offered. If you are looking for a specific scent that you do not see, please let us know by contacting us, and we’ll let you know if/when it will be available.

About Our Products

What ingredients are used in your products?

Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients, a blend of phthalate-free fragrance oils, essential oils, and zero added dyes or toxins. All products are California Prop 65 compliant and free of all harmful chemicals listed.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

While we have found our products to be extremely effective on sensitive skin types, all skin is different. We suggest looking at the product ingredients and seeing what works best for you!

Where are your products made?

Every Ruth's product is crafted by hand in Michigan, USA by our amazingly dedicated team of makers.

Do you use essential oils?

Our Shower Steamers are crafted with 100% essential oils.

While the rest of our fragrances include essential oils, our fragrances are created using a blend of fragrance oils and essential oils. The use of fragrance oils tremendously increases the number of raw materials to which we have access, allowing consistency in product quality, as well as increased shelf life. The fragrance oils we use are phthalate-free and free from any ingredient listed in California's Prop 65. No bad stuff!
